In the first 7 months of this year, 11,611 technical contracts were signed in Henan, a year-on-year increase of 79.76 percent, with a transaction volume jumping 145.63 percent to 62.078 billion yuan, already exceeding last year"s total, said a source from the Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province on August 18.

8月18日，記者從省科技廳獲悉，據(jù)全國(guó)技術(shù)合同管理與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)計(jì)，1月1日至7月31日，我省共登記技術(shù)合同11611項(xiàng)，同比增長(zhǎng)79.76%；技術(shù)合同成交額達(dá)620.78億元，同比增長(zhǎng)145.63%，已超過(guò)去年全年總額。

The turnover of technical contracts is a major indicator reflecting the vitality of sci-tech innovation. In the past 7 months, Henan"s technical trading mainly presented three characteristics:

據(jù)了解，技術(shù)合同成交額是反映科技創(chuàng)新活躍度的重要指標(biāo)。統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示，我省技術(shù)合同交易主要呈現(xiàn)三大特點(diǎn)：

First, urban construction and social development were still the top fields. Urban construction and social development, advanced manufacturing, and environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources, the top three fields occupied 66.1 percent of the provincial total, with a transaction volume of 17.381 billion yuan, 14.413 billion yuan and 9.24 billion yuan respectively.

一是城市建設(shè)與社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)仍是技術(shù)交易的主要領(lǐng)域。按技術(shù)領(lǐng)域統(tǒng)計(jì)，技術(shù)合同成交額居前三位的分別是城市建設(shè)與社會(huì)發(fā)展、先進(jìn)制造、環(huán)境保護(hù)與資源綜合利用，成交額分別為173.81億元、144.13億元、92.4億元，占全省技術(shù)合同成交額的66.1%。

Second, enterprises take the lead. In the first half of this year, technical contracts covering 8,978 items were signed by companies across Henan, a year-on-year increase of 86.5 percent, with a transaction volume expanding 148.35 percent to 59.78 billion yuan, contributing 96.3 percent to the provincial total.

二是企業(yè)仍是技術(shù)交易的“主力軍”。企業(yè)法人繼續(xù)保持技術(shù)輸出交易主體地位，上半年共輸出技術(shù)8978項(xiàng)，同比增長(zhǎng)86.5%；成交額597.8億元，同比增長(zhǎng)148.35%，占全省技術(shù)合同成交額的96.3%。

Third, momentum in invention patents was strong. A total of 1,580 technical contracts involving patents were signed in Henan at the end of July with a transaction volume of 16.654 billion yuan, surging 113.51 percent and 153.29 percent respectively.

三是發(fā)明專利保持強(qiáng)勁增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭。截至7月份，河南省專利技術(shù)合同共成交1580項(xiàng)、成交額166.54億元，分別同比增長(zhǎng)113.51%、153.29%。
